Common questions
My changes are waiting to sync
Check your internet connection, open Tankstead, and use Retry Sync on the dashboard. Changes made offline remain queued on the device until a connection is available.
I am not receiving maintenance reminders
Confirm that notifications are enabled for Tankstead in iOS Settings and that notifications are enabled on the maintenance schedule. Opening the app also refreshes scheduled reminders.
How do I export my records?
Open Settings in Tankstead and choose the CSV or JSON export option. The resulting file is shared through the standard iOS share sheet.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings and choose Delete account and all data. After reauthentication, Tankstead removes the account, cloud records, stored photos, local cache, and scheduled notifications. This cannot be undone.
Before contacting support
- Install the latest available Tankstead version.
- Restart the app and confirm that the device is online.
- Do not email passwords, Apple credentials, or private authentication codes.
