Play of the Day ("the App") provides AI-generated sports betting analysis for entertainment purposes only. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Data We Collect

• Device identifier — a random anonymous ID generated on your device, used solely to deliver push notifications and remember your preferences.
• Push notification token — provided by Apple or Google, used only to send daily pick alerts you have opted into.
• Notification preferences — your sport and bet-type selections, stored on our server to personalize alerts.

Data We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, browsing history, or any financial or betting account information. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs.

How We Use Your Data

• To send you the daily pick notification (if enabled).
• To remember your sport and bet-type preferences.
• To display your pick history within the App.

Data Storage & Security

Data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with encryption at rest and in transit. Device identifiers are stored on your device using encrypted secure storage. We retain your data only while you have the App installed.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database hosting (supabase.com/privacy)
• Expo — push notification delivery (expo.dev/privacy)
• The Odds API — sports odds data (no user data shared)
• Anthropic — AI analysis (no user data shared)

Your Rights

You can disable push notifications at any time in Settings or in your device's system settings. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. To request deletion of server-side data, contact us at the address below.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
